WHAT TO EXPECT |
Expect to RELAX. The objective of massage is relaxation. Our therapist wants you
to be comfortable. You may disrobe completely and cover with the sheet provided or you may wear
gym shorts, or underwear
as you wish. Once on the table, get comfortable and free your mind of routines and worries. Let our therapist know
where you feel pain or tension. Breath deeply and slowly. Keep conversation to a minimum to allow mind and muscles to
communicate. |

ASHIATSU MASSAGE |
| Ashiatsu is an ancient art of massage from Asia. The therapist uses his/her feet to apply deep relaxing strokes to the entire body. Ashiatsu is compression massage that feels exquisite. It is great for those who participate in sports or have stressful lives. Ashiatsu will put you in a zone that will last for hours after the treatment. The therapist does not walk on the body. |
