AVEDA SPA MANICURE |

| Begins with filing and shaping of the nails and care of the cuticles. Aveda Tourmaline charged skin is then used to exfoliate your hands. We then apply an intensive hydrating masque and wrap your hands in hot steam towels. To finish off the treatment, we massage your hands and forearms with Aveda Hand Relief lotion. The service ends with a polish color of your choice. |

AVEDA SPA PEDICURE |

| Our ultra leather pedicure chairs feature rolling massage along with hydro-therapeutic jets. Your feet are first bathed in a whirlpool bath. We then perform a "Sensory Journey" used to help restore balance and release tension through aroma therapy. The chosen aroma is used throughout your pedicure service. We file, shape, buff and care for your cuticles, all while your feet are wrapped in hot steam towels. Next, we exfoliate with Aveda Body Polish. We then apply a treatment masque and again, your feet are wrapped in hot steam towels. Finally, we massage your feet and legs with Aveda Foot Therapy Lotion. A polish color of your choice finished off a truly decadent experience. |

AVEDA CARIBBEAN MANICURE™ |

| This treatment begins with the grooming of the nails. The hand is then placed in a milky
Caribbean bath, followed by a hand and arm exfoliation. A warm seaweed masque is applied to smooth and moisturize, followed by a neck and shoulder massage. A hand and arm massage follows with a hydrating body cream. This leaves you feeling relaxed and renewed. |

| You will love this pedicure. We perform all the steps in our popular Aveda Spa Pedicure. This pedicure is also performed in our ultra leather pedicure chair with rolling massage. The feet are immersed in a luxurious foot bath. The nails of the feet are then groomed. A special exfoliating paste and seaweed masque made of
Caribbean plant ingredients are used. A foot and leg massage follows using a hydrating body
crème which smoothes, softens, relaxes and leaves you feeling renewed. |
